We could not have asked for a more perfect evening for Jillian and Markus’s Blue Harbor engagement session! The soft lake breeze, golden light, and the stunning shoreline created the dreamiest backdrop for their love story. This spot, nestled along the shores of Lake Michigan in Sheboygan, WI, is one of my favorite locations for engagement photos. The combination of sandy beaches, rustic boardwalks, and breathtaking water views makes it an absolute gem for couples looking for a romantic yet playful setting.

A Love Filled With Laughter & Joy

From the very first frame, Jillian and Markus were effortless together—completely lost in each other’s love, laughing, snuggling, and soaking in every moment. Some of my favorite shots happened in those in-between moments, when they weren’t even thinking about the camera—just being themselves, wrapped up in the excitement of their engagement.

The way Markus looks at Jillian is pure magic, and you can tell these two are best friends at heart. They were up for anything, from strolling along the shore to popping a celebratory bottle of champagne as the sun dipped lower in the sky. Every little detail—from Jillian’s elegant engagement ring to the way Markus pulled her in close—told the story of their incredible bond.
