Winter Senior Session || North Beach Session

WOW — the flowers, the model, the lake — it’s safe to say I’m completely obsessed with this winter senior session! What started as a simple idea for snow-covered portraits quickly turned into something out of a fairytale.

We ventured out to the frozen shoreline of Lake Michigan, braving the cold, and were met with the most breathtaking winter landscape. The soft pastels of the sky reflected beautifully against the icy water, creating a dreamlike backdrop that made every image feel like a scene from a storybook. Our model for this winter senior session, wrapped in delicate fabrics and crowned with a floral halo, looked like a winter queen—elegant, ethereal, and completely in her element.

The way the wind caught her dress, the way the snow sparkled under the soft winter light—it all felt like pure magic. Every detail, from the flowing blue gown to the delicate floral crown, added to the whimsical feel of the shoot. It was one of those moments where everything aligned so perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with how the images turned out.
